Your Next Clean operates exclusively as a technology marketplace. We facilitate discovery, scheduling, payment processing, and administrative support. Your Next Clean is not a cleaning company, does not directly employ cleaning staff, and does not provide residential cleaning services directly. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these legal conditions.
All cleaning professionals using our platform operate their own independent businesses. Cleaners maintain sole authority over their accepted bookings, availability, working methods, supply selections, and rates. Nothing in this agreement constitutes an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Your Next Clean and any registered cleaner.
